All international orders are required to pay for the correct shipping. Please select your preferred shipping method at "check out";

  • Select Priority Air Mail for 2 to 4 week service.

  • Select Global Air Mail for 6 to 8 week service.

International orders are subject to the correct shipping charges that have been selected. Once your order has been placed we will send order at the selected rate. Normally by mail / post by ship / sea or airmail.

You may be charged import taxes, duties and VAT by your local government. These vary in every country. We suggest you contact your nearest post office to confirm any taxes that you may be charged for overseas mailed items.

Out of Stock, Back Orders and Cancelled Orders:

Out of Stock and Back Orders: If an item is out of stock. We will place the item on back order and ship the item once in stock at no additional charge. In some cases we may select to contact you with an alternative before shipping your order.

Order Cancellation: Orders placed online or via phone that have already been processed, will be charged a $10 cancellation fee if cancelled before shipping. Orders may not be cancelled after shipping. See below for returns and credits.

Orders Damaged, Lost or Delivered Late:

Damaged or Lost: Although we try our best to get orders delivered as fast as possible, sometimes we encounter delays that are outside of our control. We relay on third party shippers such as UPS and the Post Office to delivery your order in good condition. Occasionally mistakes are made by these vendors, which then have to be corrected by ourselves. Items that have been damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no additional charge. This may first require an insurance claim to be filed and approved, the exact procedure will depend on the value of the claim. If an item is damaged or lost. We will not issue a refund, we will replace the item at no additional charge (shipped regular shipping).

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): The ETA quoted on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping ETA's are counted in working days and exclude weekends and holidays. Once again we relay on third party shippers such as UPS and the Post Office to delivery your order on time. If an order arrives later than estimated we will not refund the shipping costs or any other fees. If you have selected an Express Service and need delivery on a specific date, please call us to confirm that we can in fact honor that deadline. All delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed.

Express Shipping Days: An Express order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. An Express order placed on Tuesday and Wednesday will ship on Thursday. An Express order placed on Thursday will ship on Friday. Shipping days are counted from the next day that the order was shipped, not the day order is placed. If you have selected an Express Service and need delivery on a specific date, please call us to confirm that we can in fact honor that deadline.

Regular Shipping Days: An order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. An order placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday. An order placed on Tuesday and Wednesday will ship on Thursday. An order placed on Thursday will ship on Friday. If a shipping day falls on a holiday will be moved to the next working day. Shipping days are counted from the next day that the order was shipped, not the day order is placed.
